Our Managed IT services include new businesses that do not have existing equipment and taking on existing setups that were either managed internally or managed by another IT support provider. We aim to provide minimum downtime, we also aim to ensure that any maintenance work (such as technical updates) are completed out of core working hours. We will liaise with our clients before any changes are made and agree a time in which it would be best for these changes to be made. Note: We can work at any time, day or night, 7 days a week.

Upon initial engagement, we will setup a meeting either face to face or virtually (skype or telephone). We will discuss the services we offer + understand your business IT requirement. Pricing will be included in the meeting to confirm whether your business IT requirements can be included in an standard package or whether an separate custom quote is to be prepared.
You may use existing IT that may have been managed by another IT provider. Therefore, our first task is to audit your existing IT to understand what your company uses today. How it works and how we can potentially improve it. The audit is a great way of removing ‘Tech Debt’ – we’ll explain this in more detail in the meeting!
There is normally a task to transition your IT so that we can manage it going forward. If we are taking over the support from another IT provider, we will liaise with them directly on your behalf and agree an transition period. This will be seamless and any transition tasks will be completed out of core business hours.
