Our Managed IT services include new systems that do not have existing equipment and taking on existing setups that were either managed internally or managed by another IT support provider. On our first conversation, we will provide a brief overview of the services we provide and then arrange an informal meeting at a convenient place. (This can also be virtually, Skype / telephone conversation)
Upon our initial meeting, we create a discovery document that details all of your business requirements. We also conduct a technical audit of your existing IT setup. This audit will allow us to understand where technology can be improved and updated to fit the requirements of the client.
Further to our engagement, we will propose what we believe will work best for your requirements, this may require no change at all and we will continue to support the existing infrastructure that is already in place or we may suggest some changes in order to improve the technology.
Our managed IT services are aimed at providing minimum downtime, we also are aiming to ensure that any maintenance work (such as technical updates) are completed out of core working hours. We will liaise with our clients before any changes are made and agree a time in which it would be best for these changes to be made. Note: We can work at any time, day or night, 7 days a week.

We also conduct regular reviews with our clients to ensure they are happy with the process and obtain any feedback that could allow us to improve in the future.
In addition, as Tech Check is an approved Microsoft Cloud Solution provider, we constantly monitor the market to understand whether there is an alternative technology that would either work better or cheaper whilst still fitting your requirements. Should this occur, we will liaise with our clients to offer that option and potentially lower the cost.
